My Veteran Solutions is a private, non-government organization. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or any other government agency. We do not provide access to government services or documents, submit applications, or offer legal representation for VA benefits.
 
All services offered through My Veteran Solutions are conducted under the direct supervision of a VA-accredited attorney. Our role is to provide educational guidance, document organization, and administrative support to clients working with the attorney on VA Aid and Attendance benefit claims.

 

What We Do

My Veteran Solutions provides personalized consulting and case management services to individuals seeking to better understand the VA Aid and Attendance pension benefit. We help eligible veterans, surviving spouses, and their families:

  • Understand eligibility rules for Aid and Attendance

  • Organize personal and medical documentation

  • Prepare educational resources aligned with VA requirements

  • Assist clients in organizing documentation for review by a VA-accredited attorney

  • Communicate with the attorney who supervises all claims

We do not submit applications to the VA and do not provide legal representation. Only the VA-accredited attorney is responsible for reviewing and approving claims before submission

Chris Nabzdyk is accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to assist claimants in the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for veterans’ benefits. His accreditation status is active and in good standing.
 

What We Do Not Do

To avoid confusion, here is a list of services that My Veteran Solutions does not provide:
  • We do not offer access to government services or documents
  • We do not guarantee eligibility or approval of any VA benefit
  • We do not charge any fee for submitting applications to the VA
  • We do not act as a government contractor or agent
  • We do not impersonate, represent, or substitute for the Department of Veterans Affairs

    • We clearly disclose that we are a non-government service provider
    • We do not advertise access to government documents or services
