My Veteran Solutions is a private, non-government organization that provides consulting and application support services for veterans and their surviving spouses. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a part of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or any government agency.

We do not claim to offer official government services, nor do we impersonate a government entity. Any assistance provided by My Veteran Solutions is performed as a third-party service provider acting on behalf of our clients, not the government.

 

Services We Provide

My Veteran Solutions helps veterans, spouses, and family members understand and apply for the VA Aid and Attendance pension benefit. Our services include:

  • Educational resources to help clients understand eligibility
  • Step-by-step guidance through the application process
  • Case management to ensure all paperwork and documentation are complete
  • Access to a VA-accredited attorney on staff for legal oversight and claim preparation

We do not charge for submitting the VA application itself. Fees may apply for consultation, preparation, and case management services.

Cost Transparency

My Veteran Solutions is a for-profit business. Clients are informed up front of any fees for case preparation or ongoing support. We do not collect any portion of the VA pension benefit and we never guarantee approval of any VA claim.

We operate in full compliance with VA regulations and applicable laws.
